Former high level executives at CLICO Barbados may be facing criminal or civil proceedings following a forensic audit of the company carried out by judicial managers Deloitte Consulting Limited.
Former high level executives at CLICO Barbados may be facing criminal or civil proceedings following a forensic audit of the company carried out by judicial managers Deloitte Consulting Limited.
In its latest report to the High Court Deloitte, represented by Oliver Jordan and Patrick Toppin, recommended that the Financial Services Commission and other relevant government agencies carry out further investigations into some inter-company transactions at CLICO International Life Insurance Limited which have been identified by the audit.
Meanwhile, Chairperson of the Barbados Policyholders and Investors Alliance, June Fowler has welcomed the findings.
